Steve Olson- Founder
After nearly two decades working for General Motors, Steve left his position on the factory floor to pursue a career in woodworking. With a passion for education, carpentry and hard work, along with the support of his family and friends, he took on the challenge of starting his own business from square one. As founder of Cardinal Restoration, Steve is responsible for the oversight of all aspects in the window process to ensure the best quality service a homeowner can receive.
Steve has lived in Janesville, WI for 43 years. He moved from Topeka, Kansas, where he was born, at the age of 7. He enjoys fishing, hiking and working on his car.
Zach Olson - Associate
Zach began working full-time with Cardinal Restoration in the summer of 2020. Prior to that, he worked on restoration projects with the company intermittently, while learning the craft. He was born in Janesville, WI, and currently lives in Albuquerque, NM, where he enjoys hiking through the mountains, rock climbing, and local craft beer.
